I know this is different from my normal posts but I though it would be fun to make! Baking and cooking vegan food is a huge part of my life and it’s super fun for me.
this is the recipe I created for today’s post!
You first start by preheating the oven to 350.
To make the crust add the flour, melted coconut oil, and instead of using Stevia and corn starch I decided to try powder sugar!
Then mix it together, it should look clumpy. Next, pack the crust mix into a greased pan.
Then bake it for about ten minutes when you create the filling.
For the filling sugar, I used coconut sugar, flour, flax eggs (1 tablespoon flax meal to 2.5 tablespoon water), lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Next mix it together and add it to the partially baked crust.
Place into the over and bake for 20-40 minutes or until when you press the middle and indent isn’t left!
That’s all! This recipe is super easy and delicious! I also created a video of me creating these!
