It’s very common thing to want to get up early but just not feeling capable of it. There are probably thousands of posts and videos about how to simplify become a morning person.
I’m here today to give you a few simple ways to add more time to your day.
1. Taking It Little By Little
When I was younger and it was getting close to the time of school starting up after summer break my mom came up with a genius idea. Every three days we would push our bed time up an hour and our wake up time back an hour. You can do it whichever day increments works best for you!
2. Don’t Hit Snooze On The Weekends
I don’t have the option to do this due to my work schedule but in order to expand your hours of productivity on your off days you can’t afford to hit snooze. Not to mention, sleeping in those two days only makes Mondays more miserable.
3. It’s A Combination Of Three Things
Do you look forward to sleep because you feel exhausted? Well it could be more than just lack of sleep. In order to get energy you must be fueling your body with healthy foods and exercise!
