Naked Urban Decay Heat Pallet Swatches
Beauty, Fashion and Beauty, LifestyleThere was a lot of heat with this pallet but there’s nothing ashy about the shadows in this pallet.
Check out the look I did with this pallet here!
Although I’m currently not able to wear makeup right now do to minor surgery on my eye, I can already tell I’m in love with this pallet. I’ve been wanting a pallet with colors like these for years. All of the following swatches are shown with flash! The color shown is also the one with the dot!
My Cruelty Free Makeup Collection Series Part One
Beauty, Fashion and Beauty, LifestyleI’ve decided to do a four part series of my makeup collection. I’m wanting to divide it up so that it’s not one large post and so that I can go very in depth with all my products. I have a post here about all my organization. These are probably my two favorite drawers. Something about having the look of flawless skin makes me so happy.
The Truth About Thrifting
Fashion, Fashion and Beauty, Lifestyle, ThriftingLet’s play a game. Would you rather spend $8 on a pair of jeans or $50? Most of you will probably say $8. But what’s the catch?
They’re used
Top 5 Cruelty Free Beauty Items
Fashion and Beauty, LifestyleFor about five years I’ve only used products that do not test on animals so I’ve had my fair share of experiences.
A lot of these products are high end because that’s just what happened. I don’t love drug store makeup too don’t get me wrong!
The Ideal Desk and Beauty Organization
Beauty, Fashion and Beauty, LifestyleMy desk is not only for working but it’s also my beauty station. I’ve decided this is best for me because it’s less space than for me to have one table for work and one of beauty. If you didn’t already know this makeup is one of my biggest passions so having a large workspace is a must have for me.
5 Summer Fashion Essentials
Fashion and BeautyTo me spring and summer mean lighter colors. I love summer because the weather is nice and the clothes are cute. On my YouTube channel I created a Summer Lookbook, I thought I would add to it on my blog by creating my 5 essential items for summer. The majority of my clothes are thrifted so most of items I don’t actually own but I thought I would find items I could link!
5 Things I Love About Thrifting
Fashion and Beauty, LifestyleI started thrifting when I was a Sophomore in high school. I love doing it and it’s a passion I have so I decided to write a post about why I love it.
1. You Find Amazing Things
When thrifting it’s common to find items that no one else will have. Items are unique and beautiful and something different from everyone else.
2. It’s Cheaper
Compared to traditional shopping thrifting is a significantly cheaper way to shop. You can spend $5 on a pair of well made jeans compared to $50 at department stores for the same effect. It is even common to find name brand items for less.
3. It’s Fun
There is no feeling like finding an item that fits perfectly or is name brand for a low cost. You’re not only saving money but the odds are you’ll have fun even looking. You have no idea where the clothes are coming from so it’s cool to imagine.
4. It’s Eco Friendly
When buying used items you’re saving something from being thrown into a landfill. You’re inside buying an item from a small business and not always supporting corporate empires.
5. The Feeling You Get When Telling People
Almost every time I’m asked where I got something my response is thrifting. It shocks people that you can find amazing pieces for cheap.
Thrifting and used clothes are my passion. I often make YouTube videos of my hauls (here is one ). I love it and I hope you have a chance to find amazing pieces just like me.
